Touch Deutschland AGM [NOV 2011]

The next Touch Deutschland AGM will take place on Sunday November 20th at 1500. All members of TiB are automatically members of Touch Deutschland and may therefore participate in the proceedings (Although we as a team have only a single vote in TD decisions/elections). 

The AGM will take place in the form of a telephone conference to facilitate easier access. The Agenda for the meeting is attached below. Please note the meeting will be carried out in German.

Amongst various other items for discussion and approval will be the election of new board members.

 
Two of the current board members are retiring from their positions at the next available opportunity and the board as a whole is seeking volunteers to stand for election for these posts.

 

To simplify the election process, all board positions will contest the upcoming election

     
     President  (incumbent retiring)
     Vice President   (incumbent contending re-election)
     Secretary  (incumbent contending re-election)
     Treasurer   (incumbent contending re-election)
     Public Relations Officer  (incumbent retiring)
Any member of TiB (Touch Deutschland) is eligible to present themselves for election to the board (insofar as they are financial with TD at the time of elections). Please contact Conall if you are interested in contending for any of the above positions. Please note that Nov. 6 is the deadline for expressions of interest.
 
 
Access details for the telephone conference and any further important information will be circulated discretely to members via email.
